Acupuncture is often used as a complementary therapy for people trying to conceive. Evidence and clinical experience suggest it may offer supportive benefits—especially when combined with conventional care.
Here’s a clear breakdown of potential benefits:
1. Improves blood flow to reproductive organs
Acupuncture may increase blood flow to the uterus and ovaries, which can:
* Support a thicker, healthier uterine lining
* Improve egg quality
* Enhance implantation chances
2. Helps regulate hormones
* Promote regular ovulation
* Help balance estrogen and progesterone
* Support people with conditions like PCOS
. Reduces stress and anxiety
Lowers cortisol (stress hormone)
Promotes relaxation and better sleep
May indirectly improve reproductive function
May improve IVF outcomes
Some studies suggest acupuncture used around IVF cycles might:
* Increase implantation rates
* Improve pregnancy rates
* Reduce side effects of fertility medications
5. Supports menstrual cycle health
Shorten or normalize long cycles
Reduce painful periods
Improve overall cycle predictability
6. Enhances overall wellbeing
Acupuncture is a whole-body approach, so people often report:
Better energy
Improved digestion
Reduced inflammation

Fire Cupping Massage — TCM Approach
Fire Cupping Massage is a traditional therapy based on Chinese Medicine principles, using gentle suction created by heated glass cups to support circulation, release muscle tension, and encourage the body’s natural healing response.
From a TCM perspective, cupping is used to help move Qi and Blood, reduce stagnation, warm the channels, and support areas of discomfort or tightness. It can be especially helpful for clients experiencing back, neck, shoulder or leg tension, stress-related tightness, fatigue, or general body aches.
During the treatment, cups may be placed on specific areas or gently moved across the skin with oil, creating a deep, relaxing massage effect. Temporary circular marks may appear after treatment, which are a normal response and usually fade within a few days.
Benefits may include:
• Helps relieve muscle tension
• Supports blood circulation
• Encourages relaxation
• Helps reduce stiffness and tightness
• Supports the body from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective
• Is the perfect therapy to get it done at the end of Sumer for those whose suffer from Asthmatic chest.
Not suitable for everyone. A consultation will be carried out before treatment, especially for pregnant woman, taking blood-thinning medication, have skin conditions, varicose veins, fever, or serious health conditions.

Gua Sha is a traditional therapy using a smooth massage tool to gently work over the skin and muscles. It may help relieve muscular tension, support circulation, promote relaxation and reduce feelings of stiffness and soreness.
The treatment is intended to stimulate the skin and underlying tissues. It can sometimes leave temporary red or purple marks, called petechiae, which usually fade over several days.
Gua Sha may not be suitable over broken skin, infections, recent injuries, areas with significant bruising, or for some people taking blood-thinning medication or who have bleeding disorders

(Translated by Google) I suffered from chest pain for a long time and couldn't find a medical treatment for over 12 years until I finally found someone who diagnosed and accurately identified the location and cause of the pain. Now I feel much better and more comfortable after a long period of suffering. Thank you so much for your efforts.
